The workspace · For Enterprises

Every entity's scrips, one workspace. One roll-up, one audit.

Large exporters and importers, and corporate groups, run many of their own IECs, GSTINs, and subsidiaries. Scriphouse brings every entity's duty-credit scrips into one workspace: an all-entities roll-up, a group treasury view, and group approvals over the top. Each entity still trades as itself, at a firm price priced for that specific credit.

The workspace

Many entities. One place to run them all.

Scriphouse is the duty-credit scrip exchange, an Eximfiles product. If your group runs many of its own IECs, GSTINs, and subsidiaries, every entity's scrips live in one workspace, with a roll-up over the top and group control across it. Each entity still trades as itself, priced, matched, and settled on Scriphouse rails.

The viewAn all-entities roll-up

See scrip balances by entity and by scheme, quotes and orders in flight, and settlements landing, all in one group position. Drill into any single entity, trade by trade, whenever you need the detail.

The controlGroup approvals and roles

Set who can see and act on which entity across the group. A maker proposes, an approver signs off, and nothing is submitted without approval.

The recordOne consolidated audit

Every entity's trades ship a GST invoice and a net-realisation statement, behind one hash-chained audit trail for the group, with a full ledger export, CSV or Tally-ready, whenever your own consolidation needs the numbers.

How it works

Connect, roll up, approve.
Settle once, per entity.

Four steps from a group of separate IECs to one workspace that sees, approves, and settles them all.

01

Connect every entity

Bring each IEC into the workspace. Every entity connects its own ICEGATE operation under a signed, revocable mandate and trades as itself, scoped to its own scrips and its own bank.

a mandate per entity
02

See the group roll-up

Scrip balances, quotes, orders, and settlements from every entity roll up into one group position, with the detail one click away, entity by entity and scheme by scheme.

one roll-up
03

Approve at the group level

Roles decide who can act on which entity. A maker proposes a sale or a cover, an approver signs off, and the trade is placed against a firm quote priced for that specific credit.

maker, then approver
04

Settle and reconcile once

Each entity settles atomic delivery-versus-payment in its own name, paid in minutes, same day (T+0) with a UTR, and the whole group reconciles behind one consolidated audit.

T+0, one audit
The multi-entity roll-up

The whole group, legible from one desk.

A group is more than a stack of separate logins. The workspace turns many entities into one position you can see, control, and account for, without ever merging what the law keeps separate.

An all-entities roll-up

One group position over every IEC: scrip balances by entity and scheme, quotes and orders in flight, and settlements landing. Drill into any single entity, trade by trade, whenever you need it.

A group treasury view

See where value sits across the group, which scrips are maturing, and which are near expiry, so a decision to sell or to cover a duty is made with the whole picture in front of you.

Inter-entity visibility

Compare entities side by side, spot the scrips about to lapse, and act before value slips, all without leaving the entity's own trade in its own name.

Group approvals and RBAC

Roles across the group decide who sees and who acts on each entity. A maker proposes and an approver signs off, and the record shows who did which, on what, and when. Nothing auto-submits.

One consolidated audit

A GST invoice and a net-realisation statement per trade, behind a single hash-chained, tamper-evident audit trail for the group, with a full ledger export, CSV or Tally-ready, for your own consolidation.

Driven by API, if you prefer

Everything the workspace does is available over one REST API and one key: onboard an entity, read the roll-up, quote, place an order through your approval flow, and pull an audit pack per trade.

The group API

Onboard, roll up, quote, approve, settle. Over REST.

Wire the group into your own systems. Onboard each entity, read the consolidated roll-up, take a firm quote locked for sixty seconds, route the order through your approval flow, and pull an audit pack per trade. One header, JSON in, JSON out.

Every entity as itself

One key onboards every entity in the group, each connecting its own ICEGATE operation under its own mandate and trading in its own name. Quotes, ledgers, and audit packs stay scoped and separate, entity by entity.

The roll-up over REST

Read the whole group position in one call, or any single entity on its own. The same numbers the workspace shows, in JSON, for your treasury systems and your own consolidation.

Approvals on the wire

Route an order to the right approver before it is placed, mirroring your group roles. Nothing settles until it is approved, and nothing is submitted without approval.

Sandbox by default, live on agreement

Every key starts in the sandbox. Run the whole flow, onboard to roll-up to order to audit pack, with nothing binding and no scrip moving. Live access follows a signed agreement, and every response records its environment.

Straight answers

What runs under the group.

The roll-up is a view, never a merge. Each entity connects its own ICEGATE operation under its own mandate and trades in its own name, to its own bank, with its own invoice. Ledgers and audit packs stay separate, entity by entity.

Each entity operates under a signed, revocable Power of Attorney for its ICEGATE operation. Any entity can be revoked at any time, without touching the rest of the group.

Roles decide who can act on which entity. A maker proposes, an approver signs off, and nothing is submitted to ICEGATE without approval. A rule can propose, but a person approves before anything is filed.

Every trade settles atomic delivery-versus-payment. The buyer's funds are secured before the transfer executes on ICEGATE, or neither moves, and payout is released on confirmation with a UTR, in minutes, same day (T+0). A failed settlement unwinds and refunds in full the same day.

The shipping-bill chain, seller IEC history, KYC, and live ledger status are screened before a scrip is listed, so no entity in the group is ever buying someone else's problem.

A GST invoice and a net-realisation statement per trade, behind one hash-chained, tamper-evident audit trail for the group, with a full ledger export, CSV or Tally-ready, whenever your own consolidation needs the numbers.

Questions

Asked, answered.

As many as your group holds. Five IECs or five hundred, each with its own GSTIN and its own ICEGATE operation, each connected separately and trading as itself. Nothing about the workspace changes as the group grows.

One rate, whoever is on the other side: 0.50% of the value that settles, plus 18% GST on the fee. It is the same desk rate a broker pays, because a broker desk and an enterprise desk are the same category of account, many IECs run from one seat, and two nearly-equal rates for one category would be a distinction you spend effort on and get nothing back for. It applies whether one entity's scrip covers another entity's import inside the group, an entity sells to an outside buyer, or an entity covers from the open market. Charged once, only on a settled trade, and there is no subscription, no per-entity licence and no minimum. A move inside the group that settles nothing carries no charge. The full working is on the desk pricing page at /brokers/pricing.

Yes. The roll-up is a view, not a merge. Every sale and every duty payment settles in that entity's name, to that entity's bank, with that entity's invoice. What the group gets is one place to see and approve it all.

You set the roles. One person can be scoped to the whole group and another to a single entity, and a maker proposes while a different person approves, because the same person cannot do both. Nothing is submitted without an approval the role actually carries.

Scrip balances by entity and by scheme, quotes and orders in flight, settlements landing, and the paperwork behind each one. You read the group position in one place and can still drill into a single entity, trade by trade. A full ledger export, CSV or Tally-ready, is always there for your own consolidation.

Yes. Everything the workspace does is available over one REST API and one key: onboard an entity, read the group roll-up, take a firm quote, place an order, route it through your own approval flow, and pull an audit export for a period. Ask for a sandbox key first; live access follows a signed agreement.

Many, and deliberately so. Each entity is paid into its own bank account on the same business day, with its own UTR and its own invoice, because a group of legal entities cannot be settled as one. What is consolidated is the view of them, not the money.
